These terms govern the use of zoomtarget.pt. By browsing the site you accept them.
Prices and quotes
Prices shown on the site are starting prices, excluding VAT, and refer to the scope described on each page. The final price for any engagement is always confirmed in writing in a specific quote before work begins.
A quote is valid for 30 days from its date unless stated otherwise.
Nature of the services
Compliance assessment services — including NIS2 readiness and the AI assessment — constitute technical assessment and not legal advice. The legal interpretation of obligations applying to your company should be confirmed with suitably qualified professionals.
No security measure removes risk entirely. Our services reduce your exposure and improve detection and recovery, but are not a guarantee against incidents.

The content of this site, including text, visual identity and code, belongs to ZoomTarget and may not be reproduced without written permission.
Governing law
These terms are governed by Portuguese law. Any dispute shall be submitted to the courts of Lisbon, with express waiver of any other jurisdiction.
