Terms and conditions

These terms govern the relationship between you and Zoom Target Unipessoal, Lda. (ZoomTarget), Portuguese company and tax number 516853694, with registered office at Rua Joaquim Gomes Barbosa, 59, 1.º G, 4470-778 Vila Nova da Telha, Maia, Portugal, in the use of the website and in the services by quote: websites, apps and SEO and cybersecurity audits.

By accepting a quote, you accept these terms. The Privacy policy and the Cookie policy are part of them. Where the quote says something different, the quote applies.

Websites, apps and audits are done on a written quote, with scope, time, price and payment terms. Work starts once you accept it and, when stated, pay the deposit.

Changes outside the scope are quoted and approved by you before they are made.

Once the full amount is paid, the rights to the work made specifically for you (texts, design, your website's code) become yours, except for third-party items (for example, font, image or component licences) or where the quote says otherwise.

Cybersecurity audits are only carried out on systems you authorise us, in writing, to test.

The website's prices are starting prices (“from”) and the simulators' estimates are indicative. The price that applies is the one in the written quote you accept.

All prices shown already include VAT at the legal rate.

Payment is by Multibanco, MB WAY or bank transfer, on the terms in the quote. You always get an invoice.

Monthly services (for example, maintenance and hosting) follow the terms in the quote: the price, what is included and how to cancel.

If you are a consumer, you can withdraw from the contract within 14 days of accepting the quote, without giving a reason, by writing to us (for example, to [email protected]) or using the model form in Decree-Law 24/2014. We refund the amount paid within 14 days, by the same payment method.

If you ask for the service to start right away, within those 14 days, you only pay for the part already provided until you tell us you are withdrawing. For a service fully performed in that period, at your express request and with your acknowledgement that you lose the right of withdrawal, that right no longer applies.

If you are a consumer, you have the conformity guarantee for digital content and services under Decree-Law 84/2021: if the work delivered does not match the contract, you are entitled to have it brought into conformity or, if that is not possible, to a price reduction or to end the contract.

An audit shows the problems found at the time of the analysis and the recommended fixes; it does not guarantee there are no others, nor does it replace an assessment required by law.

For contracts with businesses, our liability is limited to direct damage and to the amount paid in the 12 months before the event that causes it. This limit does not apply to wilful misconduct or gross negligence, nor does it affect the rights the law gives consumers.

The website, the ZoomTarget brand and its content belong to ZoomTarget. The rights to the work made for you are set out in “Services by quote”.

We may update these terms. A service is governed by the terms in force on the date you accepted its quote.

These terms are governed by Portuguese law. To settle a dispute out of court, see the “Dispute resolution” page.

For contracts with businesses, the courts of Porto have jurisdiction. Consumers keep the right to go to the court the law gives them.
